How do I choose an insurer?

Once you sign up for Plan Vital, you can choose your Insurer. This decision is important because your insurer will be the one who will work with you and your doctors to keep you healthy.

Who can I call for Help?

If you are having an emergency, call 911.

If you need physical and/or mental health counseling, you can contact your plan's Medical Counseling Line at 1-855-624-5241, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.

Triple-S Salud Customer Service Line 1-800-981-1352; TTY/TDD users should call 1-855-295-4040 from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., seven (7) days a week.
