Who can I call for Help?

If you are having an emergency, call 911.

If you need physical and/or mental health counseling, you can contact your plan's Medical Counseling Line at 1-855-624-5241, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.

Triple-S Salud Customer Service Line 1-800-981-1352; TTY/TDD users should call 1-855-295-4040 from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., seven (7) days a week.

On Thursday, April 2, 2026, the Vital Government Health Plan Call Center for Members and Providers will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Vital Government Health Plan Service Centers will be closed. For your convenience, the Plaza Las Américas and Plaza Carolina Service Centers will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

On Friday, April 3, 2026, the Vital Government Health Plan Call Center for Members and Providers will be closed. Vital Government Health Plan Service Centers and the Plaza Las Américas and Plaza Carolina Service Centers will also be closed.

On Saturday, April 4, 2026, the Vital Government Health Plan's Call Center for Members and Providers will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Vital Government Health Plan Service Centers will be closed. For your convenience, the Plaza Las Américas and Plaza Carolina Service Centers will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

On Sunday, April 5, 2026, the Vital Government Health Plan's Call Center for Members be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Vital Government Health Plan Service Centers and the Plaza Las Américas and Plaza Carolina Service Centers will also be closed.
